Came here a few times this week due to some problems with transfering data from my old phone to my new. The employees advised me to use the Base cloud app in order to upload all my info. I am still having some propblems with it, for some reason it is not working properly on my new phone, so they sent a request to their technical service to try and help me further. I am sure the problem should be solved soon. But the main thing is, the service was excellent ! Each employee really took his time to try and help me. They were friendly, patient and knew what they were doing. This is how customer service should be ! Great job guys !
