G-Trans – Hans Grutschnig

I moved with Hans Grutschnig last year. Good job, friendly guy, reliable. This is why I called him again when I had to move some of the things back to Vienna.
We discussed the scope and agreed on date and price. I had him confirm the scheduled time and location the evening before, but on the next day he never showed up. He didn’t pick up the phone, didn’t return calls, didn’t reply to emails — this guy simply disappeared.
So — even if everything went well the first time — it’s a NO GO to leave a person hanging like this. I’d never recommend doing business with someone who is not even able to send a simple text saying «I can’t make it, sorry»
It sucks big time if you have prepared everything for a move and the guy doesn’t show up. Even worse that the exact same thing happened two times in a row: don’t book Kleintransporte Jäger,
either!!!
