I’ve been here a few times. I don’t know much about bikes, but the staff have always been helpful in explaining things to me. They were willing to explain the differences between the more expensive products/​accessories, but weren’t pushy on the upsell.
Their website is really good too. There is parking right out front, but it’s 15 minutes only. Plenty more parking on the side street though.
