After 25 years in the meat Australian meat industry running boning rooms, abattoirs and smallgoods companies across Australia, Peter joined the Railway Hotel and has been part of the team who have been twice awarded a Chef’s Hat by The Australian Good Food Guide (2015 & 2016), Australian Hotel’s Association Best Pub Restaurant 2015, Runner Up in TimeOut Melbourne’s Best Pub Food 2015, awarded the 9th Best Dish in Melbourne (and Best Dessert) 2015 by The Age Good Food Guide and one of the 10 best degustations in Melbourne 2015.
