My family eats at Nando’s almost every Sunday so we’ve tried a number of SOR restaurants. The Southland one has the best staff, best service, shortest waiting time, generous sauce even without asking for extra basting, and the coolest interior(important!) YUM chickennn

The Willeton store would have to be the best Nando’s I’ve been to. The staff are so friendly, and genuinely seem to enjoy their job, or at least their working environment, and that attitude spreads to the customers. They give off the feeling they are a little family, and they bring the regulars into that — quite often greeting them by name. I’ve even heard them ask someone if they want«the usual» — not something you usually find at a fast food outlet. Orders are always delivered promptly, and correct AND with a smile which is not always a given at other stores. The portion sizes are always larger here than any other Nandos, and always hot, well cooked, and full of peri-peri goodness!

During six years in the United States I hardly ate takeaway food. The US has a lot of wonderful restaurants, but they seem to lack any«high end takeaway» on the same level as Nandos. There is nothing quite like a double-breasted, classic chicken burger with hot peri-peri sauce and a side of chips with their, beyond delicious, chip dip. My only minor grievance with Nandos is that occasionally I feel as though they skimp a little on their takeaway orders — fewer chips, burgers not put together as efficiently — but that could just be wear and tear during the journey home. The place may be a little pricey, but you’re paying for quality. Tasty food, not overly greasy or mass-produced feeling. A real winner.
