Robert is the Head Chef of Rosetti’s and has been for over the past 10 years. He has developed Rosetti’s into a modern Italian food lovers dream. Robert opened Rosetti’s in 2000 and has maintained it to be a restaurant with great food and service thanks to the flare and passion that he has for his work.
