These guys are the worst. THEWORST! It all started out fine… great actually. I called in a small panic hoping to get a few platters ordered for an event. Last minute– they were going to save the day! Then… it just got crappy. Through out the course of the day, I was called constantly(after paying the deposit when I made the order) to get the balance of the invoice payment secured. It was a communication problem between their offices and the event organizer, and instead of working with me, they acted as if I was trying to get away with«something» — what I am not sure, but when I tried to explain our process to the woman on the phone, she spoke over me actually raising her voice. Ridiculous. When I pointed this out, she hung up on me! Brilliant. Then I called back, and a member of management(I don’t believe she was a manger) spoke with me and referred me to to share my issue. So not-helpful. She placed the order, no apology for the way I had been spoken to and treated over the phone. Fine. At least there will be food! Then, the food came… are you ready? …It was Woolworth’s dips and cheeses. They had the nerve to deliver catering platters with a retailer’s packaging still on the product. I was so disappointed. Save your budget– go to Woollies yourself, or just go to another caterer. At least you won’t be yelled at!
