I first try to look at things from my customers point of view, then work methodically and not rush a job in order to just get the money and be away. I work efficiently and have an eye for detail. I get a lot of personal satisfaction from doing my work well. That is reward in itself, but when a customer shows admiration and appreciation that’s a bonus!
