West Pymble Fruit & Milk Bar

This is the only place I will buy my fruit and vegetables. Everything is fresh and beautifully presented. There is also an eclectic mix of grocery items, cheeses and dips. They have little pallets of pre-​cut vegetables, fruits and salads, very convenient. With staff that are friendly and more than helpful it’s a delightful shop.

We love this place. Not for the fruit (though they are fresh and delicious), but for their flowers. It was Sunday morning and we wanted to get some flowers. Our usual location wasn’t open so after picking up the paper we walked by the fruit market and saw that they had some fresh flowers in the front of their store. The couple who own the shop helped us pick out a nice combination of flowers to put together — and even pulled some from the back for us. The bouquet turned out very pretty and on top of that the man said «I like you» and threw in a free avocado (it’s a fruit and vegetable market, you know). I’ve been back multiple times (mostly on Sundays) and the arrangements are always fresh and beautiful. So far we’ve also gotten a free mandarin, apple and grapes (again, all delicious). They are open 7 days from 7am — 7pm so we can always count on them being open.
