It's IMPOSSIBLE to contact them from overseas..& horrendously EXPENSIVE. Plus registration is also IMPOSSIBLE..if you don't own a vehicle in Australia.

City West licensing centre is a nightmare to find parking at, however I much prefer it to Joondalup. The staff are much friendly and the queue moves faster, slow but still faster. After speaking to many of my friends about their driving tests (who did it at Joondalup) they all said that Joondalup was a difficult area because there is not a lot of speed signs and there can be a lot of development going on in the area. They also mentioned that the staff made you feel very nervous and were quite rude and dominating. I decided to go to City West for my driving test; the instructor was not overly talkative (yet it is not her job to make friends with me) but I still felt comfortable and semi relaxed around her. It can be a very stressful experience trying to pass your driving test and I also feel that driving through the city area, although it is very busy, you are forced to take it very slow and it also allows you to show you focus on surrounding passengers.
