Went there for a work lunch. Small venue, hardly anyone there.
They had some nice meals available, but nothing that would stand out. Service was good.
Meal prices varies from $ 16 for a salad to $ 30 a main.
Note, their actual special will differ from what they post on their website, so its worth asking about it.
I had the Pappadelle Arrabiata, transalation: flat pasta with sauce and bit of green on top. It was nice, but again, nothing to go out of your way for.
Nice place for a seat down meal.

Although I have worked in West Perth for nearly four years and walked past this place, I had never thought to go here as it looked a little bit to fancy compared to the food hall and other lunch spots. However, I was recently taken here for lunch and was very impressed. The menu is not extensive, but there are enough tasty options to choose from and everyone I was with thoroughly enjoyed their meals. It has a nice outdoor shaded area, as well as plenty of seating indoors. The service was quick, the prices were very reasonable and in line with other restaurants around the area (i.e. $ 20 for a steak sandwich and chips). I would definitely go back here again.

Table 78 was my go to place for our nice work lunches before Christmas 2013 when the previous owners sold and unfortunately the quality of the food and service has dropped dramatically. They used to do awesome steak sandwiches with steak from Torre butchers but the steak sandwiches now are not even comparable and the steak was very thin the last time I had it. I thought I’ll give them another chance today with my workmate (I think this is my 3^rd or 4^th visit since the new owners started), I ordered the gnocchi and my workmate ordered the steak sandwich. My workmate was happy with her steak sandwich but I wasn’t overly impressed with my gnocchi. I didn’t like the texture of my gnocchi or the fact that it was drenched in a tasteless oil, luckily it was a blue cheese gnocchi and I could taste the blue cheese eventhough I couldn’t see it. I do not want to pay for such expensive but mediocre food for lunch and lack of service so I won’t be returning until I get over it…

Came here for dinner on the recommendation of a friend who frequents during business hours. Well in short, loved the place. Intimate settings, good service and great meals.
I had a Vietnamese prawn dish with fritters for entrée, followed by a perfectly cooked sirloin for mains. Desserts offered many great choices, but in the end settled for a banana panna cotta with stewed rhubarb and berry coulis.
All the dishes came out promptly and the service never seemed forced or lacking.
Will definitely be going back for more, especially those desserts.

Overall, the food was a bit of a hit and miss, but I would give this place another shot. The service, absolutely brilliant, so there wouldn’t be much of a hesitation to come back to see the lovely smiles of the wait staff!
