Blackburne

If I could give zero stars, I would. This review regards the property rental division and front desk. First, if you can get a hold of someone, they are generally rude and not helpful. Second, if you put in an application and you are rejected, you will not get your money back for a LONG time, like weeks. In regards to my application, they never even called the contacts I put down which, to me, means they were holding (and are continuing to hold) my money under false pretense. I’ve called every day for the past week to try to find out when I will be getting my deposit returned and no one ever answers the phone (after the front desk transfers me) or calls me back.
I suspect they may use deposit funds to bolster their investments (possibly like a Ponzi scheme?). Someone should do an investigation… there is something fishy going on at Blackburne.
Oh, twice I showed up to look at a place where the advertisement said be there «SHARP» and the person showing the apartments was over 10min late. I realize sometimes people are late, but then don’t put to be there «sharp» in your advertisement.

You can’t review a company you can’t get hold off.
With this in mind the only option is a 1 star review.
Not good.
