Had lunch here today. We order to pizzas and a salad. The pizzas are really good. My favourite was the prosciutto pizza. The Mediterranean salad was good but lacked flavour. I didn’t have desert today but they had a great selection on display. Will try next time.

Been here twice over that the last two days. Coffee is quite good and consistent. Pizza is really nice thin crust(like in Italy). Pasta is also nice but cream sauce was quite heavy. Service is professional and staff are friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely come back.

Had coffee here today. A flat white and a latte(also bought a bottle of water) service was average. Coffees came at a reasonable time. My flat white was bitter. Was given one white sugar and one raw sugar(they always do this, not really sure why) my partner was given a cappuccino and not the latte he ordered. When he pointed that out to the waiter, the waiter walked off and didn’t listen. He decided to try it anyway and it to was bitter and decided not to drink it. Once we were almost done and about to leave my partner mentioned to another waitress cleaning a table near by what had happened, this waitress did not listen, did not look at us and spoke over the top of us, didn’t apologise just kept repeating I’ll get you another one. Which is good however we simply just wanted to provide feedback. I saw the barista’s face when she told him we ordered a latte not a cappuccino and he repeated it back to her in disbelief. The staff at this place simply need to listen more.

So last night wasn’t the first time I’ve been here. The first time was about a year ago, I ordered a simple pizza, easy right? Wrong. It was only a margarita, how can you stuff that up? It was possible… It was burnt on the bottom, a million tomatoes and herbs, which I expected being margarita, but the tiniest littlest bit of cheese. Are you for real? I love me some cheese on pizza. It was way over priced for what it was. The staff weren’t so friendly either. We ordered some cake and coffee afterwards and the coffee was burnt and my carrot cake was stale. Now, I’m a baker, so I know when my cake is stale. So fast forward to last night. I ordered lasagne, who doesn’t love lasagne? Well I did not from here. It was dry as a pigs ear. It was tough to cut, hardly any sauce, just pasta, a layer of cheese, beef, chicken and ham. Was horrid. I never leave my meal sitting on the table but I couldn’t do it. No one asked how the meals were. The waitress bought my brothers out, chicken schnitzel with Diane gravy. Wasn’t Diane so he told the lady, mind you he had pinched a chip before he realised it wasn’t Diane. She took it out the back and came back out 5 seconds later with it for another table. You can see through from where we were sitting and it was the same one. We ordered cheese bread and bruschetta to come out before our meals, there was about a 2 minutes waiting time before our meals came. It’s so cramped and over priced. If you’re looking for good Italian in the area or west lakes, go around to the other side off the car park opposite aami stadium and do yourself a favor and go to café bravo. DELICIOUS and decent priced meals for the size that they are.

The décor and atmosphere here were better than we expected from a café in a shopping mall. The staff were friendly and delivered a whopper menu that guarantees you’ll find something that takes your fancy. Our food(trio of sliders and traditional lasagne) arrived quickly, the serves were generous, prices reasonable and it was all delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

Terrible Café, coffee is poorly made, beer is past expiry date, they don’t even have enough food to cater for bookings on Fathers Day. Will never go there again.
