Wenty Leagues Club

Absolutely worst food at dragon noodle bar. Chicken dumplings were raw and pink. I am nearly 8 months pregnant and if I didn’t cut it open I would have most likely got very bad food poisoning. Never again! My husband also ordered the Hokkien noodle which came out with 2 minutes, very dry, tasteless and disgusting. We had to go order more food from the buffet on the bottom floor which the chips and gravy topped the noodles.

Wenty Leagues can be big & boisterous but I like it because it is local & easy to park. I’m not a fan of pokies but there are plenty if you fancy a flutter. I’m more interested in the dining options & they have several; Lawson’s Bistro, The Jasmine (run by John Lim & John Chu), Lucido Restaurant (Italian influence), Wenty Café & the Dragon Noodle Bar… so a fair choice to meet the needs of a hungry local on the way home from work. Of course they have bars & shows as well as play facilities for children.
In the bistro you can have a meal cooked to order or select something from the Bain Marie’s. Sometimes the baked dinner is the best bet, and you can have small or large portions.
The café has breakfast options as well as pizzas & burgers which hit the spot if you’ve wandered in outside the restaurant trading hours.
Wherever you are in the club you will be impressed by the friendliness of the staff.
