«large» 12oz coffee for $ 5 and it was burnt. Service was slow but it was fairly busy, otherwise the quality of service was good, you can’t help but smile with a bunch of charismatic hipsters making you coffee.

Great coffee but confusing experience for any first timers to this café. There are two espresso blends on offer so keep this in mind when reading their essay-like signage in store. With my best I’m-not-from-here-help-me-out introduction, the staff taking my order gave me a dirty look and a roll of the eyes. Good espresso was few and far between from the few places I tried in Warrnambool so I stuck with it and ordered a latte for myself and my husband. Coffee was fantastic, dark and rich and well made. Shame about the service given the other reviews on here.

Easily the best coffee in Warrnambool. Staffed by super friendly hipster types with a great attitude and customer focus. If you’re from out of town, and you drove down from Melbourne… definitely make this your first stop for a good coffee. The food is decent too. The only downside is that it seems to be closed on Sundays. If its not open, head to the café by the breakwater for a good second option.
