History
Established in 1961.
Con Koutsotheodoros first ran the Liberty Inn during the early 60’s as a restaurant, milk bar and hotel. Back then it was a full family affair with his brothers and sisters a part of the business. As years moved on Con’s wife and kids were also thrown into the mix. The Liberty Inn shut its doors in the 90’s and Con moved back to Greece with most of the family.
Today not much has changed. The Koutsotheodoros family re-opened the Liberty Inn’s doors in 2011 and carried on the same tradition. Once again the Liberty Inn is a family owned and operated business with a focus on pizza and Mediterranean dishes. It has experienced a complete overhaul to really freshen the place up with a modern feel. The food however is still the same. A throwback to traditional tastes, don’t expect to find loaded pizzas with processed toppings at Liberty Inn. The kitchen and pizza bar both operate on the proven method that less is more.
