Description

Specialties

Our gnocchi, fettuccine, lasagne and tiramisu are made daily on site by Nonna Clara, whom at age 5, began learning recipes originating from the 19th Century that had been handed down over the generations. The menu is classic Italian however, we also offer modern & contemporary alternatives like our Stone Grill, which is a unique dining experience featuring volcanic graphite heated to a sizzling 400° Celsius so you can grill your meat the way you like it. We pride our menu on local fresh fresh produce, whether it is freshly made pasta, ocean fresh oysters, or fish fresh from the market daily. Paesano is fully licensed with wines sourced from Italy to local Australian regions. Our bar staff are also happy to shake things up, with our own signature cocktails…

Paesano is the ideal spot for a quick bite while shopping or before a movie. We are the venue for all special occasions whether it is a date for two or a group function. Paesano Restaurant Knox will always cater to your required needs.

Business Owner

Frank & Angelo have owned and run restaurants since 1993 in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Frank’s Mother… Nonna Clara still, to this day makes the lasagne, fettuccine, gnocchi, linguine, pasta sauces and traditional desserts such as crème caramel and tiramisu.
