When I had a shop at Wanneroo markets I ate lovely gozleme all the time. It was always fresh and the hardworking staff are friendly.
There is also the option to add a little bit of chilli to any gozleme you like, or extra mushrooms etc. (for a very small fee!)
Though more takeway than restaurant you can eat in at the food hall or in the courtyard.
