The food was great, staff were friendly and I liked the meal options if a tad limited. My Hash Benedict was lovely, the spinach on it wasn’t cooked but it made for a nice change and loved the hssh brown. The egg was a teeny bit over but that’s actually how I like it! The price was good for what you get but make sure you go to the counter to order. My food wasn’t that hot but definitely not cold. The portion size was good, not huge but just right and I can eat! My cold drip with sparkling came in two little jugs so I liked that I could mix it myself. I’d come back!

Came here for breakfast and got the hash benny with bacon instead of salmon. It was awesome. So tasty and just the right amount. Dog friendly and great staff. Not too meant ion good coffee. Def try it out

What an enjoyable night it was at Kava tonight. To the selection of pizzas, mains and desserts… it was a good night indeed. It was a foodie gathering put on by the owner Hamond. For starters we had 4 pizzas and chilli mussels. The quattro di carne was definitely a favourite, the flavours were just amazing. For mains everyones dishes looked great, we all ended up tasting each others dishes. I had the pork belly with scallops and apple pureé. It was cooked beautifully and the skin was crispy too. For desserts there was crème brûlée, berry trifle and mini chocolate fondants. Have to say the crème brûlée was the star of desserts, that cracking noise of the top and the custard was just to die for(if no one was around I would have licked the dish clean) =p. The place was busy but lucky for us we all sat outside and just all enjoyed each others company, you always know it’s good when 4hrs just flies on by. But overall a great place to enjoy delicious food — really recommend this place :)
