YMCA Fitness Centres

I love the whole community vibe of this gym… It has an ultra modern feel but without all the posers, just real people of all ages and abilities serious about their commitment to health and wellness. They have just gone 24 hours and now have a face scanner to allow access to the centre after hours. There is a kids club during the morning so now there is no excuse to miss your workout… They have a pool, great gym, free weights and classes out the wahzoo! There is something for everybody here, lots of more mature people also. This is the gym I have signed my teenage daughter up to so she gets a feel for a non judgmental good quality gym, without the emphasis on an unhealthy or unrealistic body image. This gym is fun and engaging.
