Okay you want to get liquid from point A to point B and you have a few things that are making it difficult?
When I say liquid I mean pretty much any liquid from water, medical grade water, food production standard water or juice or concentrate. It could be in your warehouse, your new business, your boat, your bus, your catering van. You may have a series of containment vats along the way — maybe this is a process of providing water to a series of isolated vats or you are pumping water around a factory to create different process activities.

It may not be as expensive as you imagine and it may bear some relativity to how much you are insuring your system for and how viable it is as far as OH&S goes.
