I love pizza. I lived in Italy and learnt the best pizza is the simpler kind, a good base, fresh toppings the simpler the better. So when I was in the mood for some traditional oven pizza I went on Unilocal (hallelujah for this amazing site) and this place came up as a recommendation. unfortunately it wasn’t what I was expecting. The crust was ‘chewy’ and tasteless the toppings far from fresh.
I am still yet to find a great pizza place but if you are looking for reasonably price ok pizza then this is fine.

Great quality pizza. Several vegetarian options (would always like to see more though). Bit pricey, but you get what you pay for in my opinion. Fresh ingredients, family owned business. They stay open until 10 most nights, which is always a bonus.

To date? The second best pizza experience I’ve had in Adelaide.
The first being Crust — however Crust IS more expensive.
Having said that, when it comes to a fairly decent delivered pizza, this place has earned my respect.
After two dismal failures with other places…
I found the toppings tasty (loved the touch of basil) and the crust nice :)
The only thing that worried me is that for $ 46 delivered, there should’ve been a garlic bread and a bottle of coke thrown in.
The delivery guy followed instructions to reach my place and had the right change on him and answered a question I had adequately.

Tusmore Pizzeria is one of those places that you go to if you want to treat yourself. Unlike the junky shit offered by pizza chains all over the state, this little pizza shop cares about what they put on their dough.
Although they’re a little pricier than your average pizza chain, you can expect a better bang for your buck. I’m sick of ordering pizzas from places like Dominos, and opening the box to find a couple of measly slices of pepperoni. Tusmore Pizza knows better, and make sure the dough is covered in toppings. The topping selections are extensive and gourmet, and you can choose to have ingredients like artichoke and sardines on your pizza if you so wish.
The sizes are also varied, with small pizzas enough to satisfy one, or family size options to cater for many (or for a few, if you want to stock your fridge with leftovers).

My favourite place to go as a kid after visiting the park around Tusmore. I was thrill to see it still open a few weeks ago and have to stop for some pizza. My childhood memories weren’t crushed, in fact it hurdled me back to those simpler days when I could get all my nutrition from pizza, much to my parents dismay.
The super sizzler had me mesmerised just by reading the ingredients. All the toppings were delicious and fresh. It was hot and gave off aromas that I never thought pizzas ever could. Not to mention the garlic bread that came with it was perfectly cooked.

I really, really, really like pizza. And I really, really, really like Tusmore Pizzeria.
This is usually my first choice for delivered pizza: they offer up traditional style pizzas at their best, with fresh, tasty, good quality ingredients. All of their pizzas are bursting with flavour*, but I particularly like the Mexican which is jam-packed with hot jalapeño chillis. The Tusmore Special and BBQ Chicken are also regulars on rotation.
Prices are good — about $ 20 for a large. And bonus points for a super convenient phone system — it remembers your most ordered pizzas and asks if you want a repeat of your last delivery order so you can simply say «yes» and hang up. They make ordering in pizza almost *too* easy.
*they don’t actually burst. In case you were worried about being covered in pizza toppings.

Tusmore Pizzeria & Café make great tasting gourmet pizza using fresh ingredients.
Pizza’s come in 9, 12,15 and 18 inch sizes and there area number of different varieties on offer, my favorites being the chicken delight and the Italian sausage.
In addition, pasta is available with a variety of sauces to choose from. For desert there is a good range of gelato.
There is both dine in and take away facilities as well as delivery.
The building itself has a lovely Tuscan feel.
