Delicious slow cooked meat, service is usually on point. Went there and bought takeaway food, while getting all my fillings an older gentleman chatted away to me and then at the end of the transaction while i pulled out my card to pay, said thank you brooke. I was confused how did he know my name! Turns out he caught a glimps while i was whipping my card out, borders on stalkerish but i liked the extra customer service!

The worst excuse for Mexican food ever! The staff is rude, unwelcoming and arrogant. Total lack of management. We never been there before(and never going back) and the young man behind the counter lost his patience because we had no idea how to order from their crap menu. Save your money, buy a bag of Doritos and salsa at the grocery.

I was heading for my usual subway lunch, but I then I saw Zambrero and thought ‘Stuff it I’ll splurge!’ And boy did I splurge! $ 14.30 for a lamb burrito and a bottle of water! I need to start my mentioning that the menu is clearly just like a 18yr olds c-cup bust, perky and fresh but secretly heavily supported and boosted by a push-up bra. In this scenario the advertised 12″ burrito was no larger than 7″ when at the business end of the transaction and although it was good at the time, it makes you wanting just a little bit more to hold while your enjoying yourself. It was a nice change from the norm, but definitely I can’t see me being a regular at the current prices for what’s on offer.

This new Zambrero has just recently opened, which is great, as the takeaway or just general food options are very limited in Tuart Hill and its bordering northern suburbs. It’ll save me driving to Mt Lawley or Leederville stores to get my burrito fix, which is also a win. I was impressed with the fit-out of the store, definitely comfortable and modern enough to make you want to eat in, especially compared to other local Zambreros. Food of course was the same as other stores, if not a bit light on the guac. Only downside is the traffic around the store and the carpark is a bit of nightmare, and also the owner or manager seems to give his staff a hard time while they’re making burritos which is not enjoyable to watch.
