Fantastic health food shop and café. Lots of produce, dairy, meat, fish, prepared foods, health and body. Super healthy and creative meals for breakfast and lunch. And they brew their own kombucha! Nice outdoor seating too.

First impressions: impressed with the amount of produce and products this store stocks, there’s also enough space to peruse the shelves. Ordered: The Winter Brekkie — initially told there was no rosti left, so could replace it with something else. Then told I could have the rosti in the end, which I’m happy about because it was delicious. Poached eggs were a little hard poached for my liking, everything else cooked to perfection. Service: A little slow considering they were using two registers but seemed as though one of them one was training, so I’ll let that slide. Slightly confusing once we found a table(as id never been there) — whether we order at the counter and where to find the menus. There weren’t many others ordering breakfast, it probably took about 25 minutes to come to the table. Coffee was lovely Menu: Organic, healthy options. Will be heading back to try some of the lunch options.

The worst ‘breakfast’ ever carelessly dumped on our table– it wasn’t even identifiable as food. We picked through hoping to find something edible but failed. This dump is a blight on the Torquay community. The tables were dirty, the coffee tastes like dishwater and the staff all walk around like they’d rather be elsewhere — just like me — never again!

Health food store and café, also food deliveries. Offers discounts for free membership on selected days. Small range of organic produce and gluten free groceries(bit on the pricey side) but the café is great! Had the earth burger with relish and great coffee. Also noticed on the menu-GF carrot pasta with pepitas and macadamia pesto… will have to try another time. Noticed a good range of fresh juices and smoothies.
