Richard Adams Homes was founded by Richard and Mandy Adams in Toowoomba in 1988, and through hard work, dedication to proven beliefs in the creation and maintenance of open and honest business ethics, this has seen Richard Adams Homes grow and expand to now be ranked within the top 4 Builders on the Darling Downs.

The entire team at Richard Adams Homes is dedicated to Richard and Mandy’s primary business principles of what may now be considered ‘old fashioned’ beliefs by many.

Put simply, to always be in pursuit of the best possible outcome to every building project through open and honest communication with clear and understood expectations for all parties concerned.

Richard Adams Homes undertook over 40 projects in the last financial year with scope of works ranging from single storey houses to commercial and governmental works.

Sales Manager — Kirby W.

Manager

Kirby has been involved in the building industry in one way or another for 19 years. Working his way from the ground up. Kirby has been involved in Construction Supervision and product ordering. He then moved into plan design and sales 8 years ago. Kirbys knowledge learnt from supervising construction and liaising with sub contractors helps immensely when it comes to helping a client design and price there new home. He has that innate ability to listen to what clients need, and to turn those dreams into a reality — helping to create stunningly individual homes that reflect practical design excellence and optimal space management. Kirby’s veiw is that a new home should express indivuality, beauty and a functionality for each clients lifestyle requirements. Kirby has a vast experience in building and on selling Investment homes and has up-​to-​date information on available land or ‘House and Land’ packages in the area.
