This place is definitely a little rough around the edges, but has potential.
For example: the menu clearly states breakky is served until 11am, but at the bottom of the page, it says breakfast is all-​day?!! We would have ordered the big Irish breakky if we’d known…
I ordered calamari, and the guy never did ask if I wanted chips or salad, and I forgot to specify, so chips is what I got.
My bf ordered the bangers and mash. The gravy is Guiness gravy, but we both suspect it was out of the packet, with a little stout poured in. It would be a crying shame to desiccate good beer with pre-​packaged gravy. It’s a cardinal sin in my mind…
We sat with empty plates in front of us for a while. I went up front to get a takeaway container myself.
We’ll have to try the Irish breakfast next time and some Illy coffee.
