Why pay full price? Regular script at a bigger named chain-​store chemist? $ 27+. Here? Now $ 5.40. The pharmacist on duty is always happy to answer any queries you may have, plus there’s an assortment of equally competitively priced cosmetics, perfumes, vitamins and personal care products. But, where they really win me over is their SMS reminders that my script is due to be refilled. A simple reply with a ‘Y’ to refill is soon met with a reply text message telling me it is ready for pick-​up. Efficient and time-​saving!

While in Toowong shopping, I’ve made a few stops by this chemist to get a few things. On the days where I have come in to buy stuff, the chemist looked deserted. Not sure where everyone was. My guess is, for convenience they are all inside the Toowong Village shopping. Although there is never too many people in this chemist, the staff always look busy doing work.
I would usually be fine browsing through the store to get what I need, however, I was having difficulty finding a particular brand of vitamins. I was really hope to get some customer service, but no one came for ages. I walked up to the counter to get some help, however, the person at the desk looked busy at something. I felt incredibly awkward. Finally she looked up and apologised for not noticing me standing there. She briefly helped me out, but couldn’t find what I was after. I promptly left, as I felt uncomfortable being there.
This chemist is full of the usual stock and is organised well. However, if you do need help, you would need to seek it in this chemist.
