Ok so I must admit it’s a bit of fun, building your own burger at Maccas and even having table service where they deliver the burger to you. It’s like, oh my god am I at the wrong burger joint?! You get the choice of buns, cheeses, salads, sauces and you can have it on its own, or as a meal that comes with fries on its own mini steel fryer. In reality, you are basically paying for a pretty exxy mediocre burger. The Angus beef on my burger is super dry, the brioche bun is slightly oily without the beautiful buttery flavours a brioche bun should have, I could hardly detect the sad little pieces of mushrooms I paid $ 0.6 for and the lettuce was slightly brown in colour. Meh. The fries were the usual fries, but hubby(who had a normal burger meal) commented that my small fries that goes with the meal seemed to be a bit bigger than the small fries it goes with his meal. We also tried ordering via the self serve system and it was a little bit buggy. For $ 14 I could have a decent burger elsewhere.
