It was great! Everything came out nice and folded. It’s waaaay cheaper than the hotel (Four Seasons) dry cleaning/​wash service, this one bag wash service for $ 16.50 can take up to 4−5kg, so you should take it here if you’re staying more than a week in Sidney and didn’t bring many clothes! Thumbs up!!:)

Wash on the Rocks is absolutely the BEST in service, quality, and care of laundry/​drycleaning in NSW! Highly recommended!
While on a multi-​week trip (business trip for my husband), we had to have some clothes laundered and dry cleaned. The hotel we were staying at had outrageous prices for these services, so we decided to look elsewhere.
Through Unilocal,I saw this business was fairly close to our hotel and had an excellent website with very clear information about the services they provide and directions specifically for travelers. Plus, their prices were incredibly reasonable.
The first time I used their service, I wanted to see the place so I personally dropped off our clothing. The people working there were super friendly and very efficient! I was quickly on my way, with a smile knowing I now had time to explore while the laundry was being done and delivered to the hotel in a few hours!
The clothes were delivered to our room through the concierge. The laundered clothes were perfectly folded and the dry cleaned clothes were beautifully pressed and on hangars.
Fresh clothes and no worries!
In addition to this experience, a little over a month later my husband was headed back to Sydney on another extended business trip. He was having a rough trip due to a lost suitcase so he had a bunch of new clothing that needed cleaning. So, I emailed Wash on the Rocks to give them a heads up on my husband’s situation and they were more than happy to be on alert for retrieving his bags from the concierge and making sure his clothes were taken care of in a very timely and professional manner. My husband was very happy!
If you want the best in the business, this is the place!

Very good wash. They are truly professional. Call them, they do pick up from local hotels and charge to your room bill. I. e four seasons.

Customer service is number one here!!! I needed to wash my clothes before flying back to Dubai. No self service laundry spot? Nope not near my hotel — good luck with that! So there is an app for that! I Unilocaled it and found this spot! Called them up and the manager took my clothes even after the deadline turn in time. He told me to be back in about two hours and my clothes would be ready. He even held my backpack for me so I didn’t look like a real tourist.
***Side Note: Nobody wants to do that… never want to LOOK like a tourist when you are tourist. (Shush it Locals: Yes I know we stand out and look like tourists— stop blowing my dream up)***
Ok back to this freaking awesome review: I come back before the 2 hours are up and they were ready for pick up!!! Tagged, bagged, folded, and fresh! (cue Outkast’s So fresh and So clean) The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use this service again when I return!!! My Name is Paul Johnson and I approve and highly recommend this place!!! Strongly recommended for the traveler staying in local hotels and needing some laundry done. DON’T pay the high costs of the hotel laundry — call Wash on the Rocks, and they will pick up your laundry from your hotel and get it back to you same day — in fact the best secret is that the bellman of your hotel will handle the turn in/​receipt for you! Their prices are very reasonable — this was a fantastic find on a recent trip to Sydney.

Excellent for travelers. We had three loads of laundry done for us in only half a day, delivered back to our hotel room for us, and all for only $ 57. Well worth the money for us.

I had limited time to get a month’s worth of dirty clothes washed and ironed. They did it in less than four hours for under $ 40 AUD. A real life saver.
