A favourite amongst both locals and neighboring suburbs, The Basin Bakery has achieved pride of place in the hearts and stomachs of all who visit.
Operating 7 days of the week, and making a great variety of bread, pies and sweets, its best to get in early if you’re after your choice of pie or pasty. With most hot food snapped up by early afternoon, its sometimes wise to purchase your pie cold and have it on hand at home, rather than risk missing out.
Growing up, «The Basin Bread’ was a term that became a household benchmark to compare all breads. Maybe I like bread more than the next guy, but hey, all you have to do it try it yourself and you’ll know what I mean.
Great service by local staff, and a home-​style feel to the cooking rates The Basin Bakery as my favourite Bakery. I challenge any other Bakery to try and sway me.
