This is one of the few places open on a Saturday morning. Blessed for its coffee(well it’s not like there is too much competition on the weekend!) But seriously a great location well frequented by regulars and tourists alike Food menu is good value and yes there is a bar for those needing a stiff drink or a relaxing wine A recommended must do — when in Sydney

We’ve been here for breakfast almost everyday since discovering it! We’ve tried almost everything on the breakfast menu and have enjoyed all of them. I really like their French toast minus the ricotta cheese. My husband gets their granola 9 out of 10 times. The fruit and veggies are always really fresh. They have indoor and outdoor seating and with the mild temperatures we prefer to sit outside. The staff is friendly and attentive. We have to try their lunch and dinner still but we will get to it, hopefully sometime during the rest of or month long stay!

White rabbit. Café by day. Restaurant and bar by night. Great place to meet for a breakfast meeting or a nice long lunch. In the evenings you can happily sit outside under the warmth of the glowing outdoor heaters and enjoy some wine or nibble on a cheese platter(French cheese of course). Otherwise, sit inside and enjoy the comfort of a main meal. I’ve visited White Rabbit on a Thursday night for drinks after work and today for breakfast. I enjoyed both visits very much. For breakfast we went for the Smashed avocado which had poached eggs, fresh tomato, fetta cheese and fresh herbs. The basil gave the dish a real lift and was a yummy alternative to my normal poached eggs and avo on toast. Our waiter was lovely but I did have trouble understanding his French accent at times. Not a criticism, simply an observation. The coffee was nice and my friend enjoyed a fresh juice. The music playing in the background was 90’s pop which I enjoyed but it may not be for everyone! When I came for drinks that time the music was live and jazz tunes. Lovely place to go for a coffee, something stronger, a bite to eat or a sit down meal. Located across the road from the Raddison Blu Hotel it’s centrally located in Sydney’s CBD.

One of the first coffee shops that i frequented Sydney for the first time almost 20 years ago was at this exact location. The new owners have given the place a Melbourne-style overhaul. It looks great. The local is a little bit noisy, with buses constantly coming up Hunter Street, so I recommend sitting inside if you want to hold a conversation(or make a phone call!) Service is fast and friendly, no issues. It is table service. Not a wide selection from a café point of view, and the lunch menu is a little bit short. But the quality is great. Looks like the new owners are going after the after work drinking crowd, so this is not really a café café as much. Still really good.
