Sushi Bar

Hmmm… Like many of my generation, I love sushi! When I first started at Macquarie University, I was stoked to learn that there was a sushi shop on campus. How convenient, to have a shop offering one of my favourite foods right on campus!
However, after having eaten here several times over the years, I have to say that I’d probably steer clear of Sushi Bar. It’s expensive — sushi rolls are almost $ 4 each; ouch! A lot of money for not much food. It’s also not very tasty — the rice is hard, and the ingredients don’t generally taste particularly fresh. There’s also a suspicious amount of seafood extender involved… If you’re really craving a sushi hit, it’ll do. But only just.
