Solace

Absolutely terrible. Came in to bleach my roots and went home to find that my hair was damaged to the point that parts of my hair at the top snapped off not far from the roots. This was after supposedly using Olaplex with the bleach which should have helped minimise damage. I do not think they used it as my hair has snapped off and hair continues to fall off when I wash it (mind you I only wash it once a week and now putting treatments in it). I now have thin hair and scared that more hair will snap off. There is also colour banding and now my hair has a two tone effect which doesn’t look like it was done professionally at all! Not only that but I cannot style my hair simply to the side part that I used to have as I need to hide the hair that has snapped off. Not happy at all as it will take me years to grow back to the length to match the rest of my hair! When I called to speak to the manager they made me make an appointment to complain about how they have royally stuffed up my hair — who does that? Do not recommend to anyone!!!
