Our menu items are snap frozen unless indicated and packaged for convenient re-heating in lock-safe containers. Perfect for dinners at home as well as lunches on the go.

History
Established in 2002.
Ronnie Morshead, owner and director, gained ten years experience in the catering industry in London; five of which were at Party Ingredients and Rhubarb Food Design — two of the city’s top catering companies — who boast clients such as Elton John and Andrew Lloyd Webber.
Ronnie then moved on to develop her skills as an A La Carte chef in the original, award winning restaurant, Livebait, London. It was at Livebait that Ronnie first met and worked with Manu Feildel. In 1999, Ronnie and Manu relocated to Sydney and, with the birth of their son in 2005, Ronnie’s passion for producing nutritious family food was boosted to even greater heights.
Ronnie established Red Sage in 2002 and has been catering celebrations and events across Sydney ever since. In mid-2014 she launched her Prepared Meals service, giving you an opportunity to experience her honest and nutritious meals every night of the week.

Red Sage began as Ronnie’s passion project inspired by her love of food. Whether it is catering for your corporate or private celebrations, or creating delicious wholesome meals for your entire family, Ronnie takes inspiration from the seasons to create culinary excellence.
Ronnie devotes the same passion to all the events she designs for, no matter how big or small the occasion. Whether it’s a large party or an intimate gathering, she designs her menu in collaboration with the client to meet their specific needs and create a unique and delicious event.
