I love the idea but wasn’t prepared for the bao to be flat and taco like.
The consistency of the dough was very good though and I was very happy with it. I would give it a higher rating but my pork bao had a huge piece of brick hard cracklin inside that I am sure would have tasted great but I could not break it with my teeth or hands amd had to remove it. My other bao was tasty, but not amazing. And, overall seemed a teeny bit pricey. I would stop again if in the area if nothing else caught my eye. Staff were very nice.

Great mix of ingredients & bun. Small portions minimum order recommended is 2 buns for me although the more the merrier!
