Do not! I repeat do not buy from this store. I just had the strangest example of customer service I have ever had. Having spent $ 2800 on a watch a year ago I expected and was promised follow-up service from the man selling me the watch. I remember distinctly him saying please come back if you need any repairs or adjustments to your watch. Well I went back today to get a replacement leather loop that holds the band down. I was greeted by the same gentleman who sold me the watch a year ago and was told a flat no to my request(I presume he is the owner). When I asked again if he had any spare loops he poured the contents of a box across the bench(together with scraps and rubbish) and said gruffly«Don’t expect this for free every time». I gently reminded him that I spent what was to me a considerable amount of money at his store and expected better customer service he told me «I don’t care some people spend $ 20,000 in here». To not offer a previous customer something that for the owner of the shop costs nothing is bizarre. I decided at this point to tell him I would be letting everyone know not to go to his shop. SO here it is. Please do not go to this shop. Oh and to the 4 people I referred forget about it this shop does not deserve your business. I am in the market for a new watch band and will be approaching one of his local competitors and most definitely Unilocaling my experience :)

You don’t see many shops like Fredman’s around these days and If you like clocks and watches as much as I do it is always worth a look when you pass by one. Fredman SVW’s subheading is fine time pieces and writing instruments, which automatically indicates that you are expected to pay through the nose, but you are paying for the highest quality. If you want the Rolex which puts the other Rolex’s to shame, then Fredman is the place to shop. They really have a beautiful watch and clock collection on sale, but unfortunately way above my price range.
