Pro tip: ask for your coffee strong. On my first visit I wasn’t paying attention to the people ahead of me and just ordered my standard long black. As I waited and listened to the orders being called out it became rapidly apparent that everyone ahead of me had ordered theirs strong. Except for Mel. She had a weak latte. I won’t pretend to understand Mel.
But even with my first slightly-​weak Long Black, Brew Collective had me hooked. They use Charlie Coffee beans and the coffee they turn out is delicious. BC had become one of the shops I frequent– I just make sure to order it strong.
