I remember when Angela and Michael owned Bambini, it was fantastic. They now run Bambini Trust which is my favourite café in Sydney. Its little brother should be great, it has the heritage and it is perfectly placed in the building where I sleep… sorry …work. But although I have tried a hundred times it always lets me down. The staff just don’t get it. I asked for a three quarter cap with two sugars and I get a large flat white full to the brim with no sugar. I point out that the order is completely wrong and the only response is ‘don’t worry we only charged you for a small’ It just misses every time I try it. The young bloke is good but he is not always serving and he has not got the staff properly trained to fire up the place. Its a real pity.

This little coffee shop serves great Calima coffee, great friendly service, a nice selection of gourmet cakes, and wraps/Turkish sandwiches. They have a good selection of Hanks Jam, which goes well on a toasted turkish! Small coffee cost $ 2.70, med $ 3.70.
