We found this great Vietnamese restaurant thanks to Unilocal
Not being familiar with the restaurants in this area, but needing a quick dinner before the movies, Unilocal led us to this tasty dinner.
The menu is quite extensive with a large range of soups, noodle and Chinese style dishes. We ordered a range of vegetarian dishes are were offered a vegan option without even asking. We were very impressed as many Melbourne restaurants find the whole concept difficult.
They are also licenced with a limited selection of alcohol.
The prices are very reasonable and they accept credit cards.

HUGE portions, Great value & Yummy!
Thuan An restaurant located in busy Sunshine, is a popular dinner venue for people of all ages and ethnicities. It’s often busy with many customers.
They serve a wonderful range of Vietnamese and Asian dishes. There are so many to choose from!
Service is fast, friendly and the food is good, with very very very large portions!
I didn’t notice many vegetarian options though. But maybe I just wasn’t looking close enough.
Great value, with yummy food :)

A Vietnamese restaurant in Sunshine that takes EFTPOS and Credit cards? Yes believe it people they do exist. This restaurant has stopped me going to Footscray for my beloved square cubed garlic steak with tomato rice, it is just delicious here. They are fast, do great over the phone take away and quick eat in options. I find they are best at all of their non soup dishes and to be honest I would elsewhere for phở but would choose them for square cubed steak or salt and pepper squid over nearly anywhere else in the west!
