Worst restaurant ever! Ordered 3 plates of BBQ to share, Food took 40 Minutes to appear, for raw meat we had to cook ourselves, ordered extra rice which took 20 minutes, by then we had already finished our mains. The waitress kept ignoring us, the owner doesn’t look like they could care any less, the cuts of meat was extremely poor and to top it all off the servings were so small each plate had like 6 pieces of meat so thin it was almost see through, we left hungry and upset. Hope this place goes out of business soon, they have no idea how to run a restaurant.

I am very reluctant about giving negative reviews unless it is deserving. I visited this place before reading the reviews and this was a big mistake. This was the first korean with poor service and they dont speak much english for starters. The service was terrible and the drinking tapwater was off colour. The spicy seafoo d dish cost $ 25 and you felt so cheated because it was loaded with noodles and sauce and a few measley shrimp and calamari pieces. The green tea I ordered was a supermaket tea packet and not the authentic green tea served in most asian restaurants. Very disappointed all the way.

I am usually an Urbanspoon reviewer for food but Qu Bick is not on their site yet, but I am glad it’s here. I wanted to like this place, I really did. I think it is pretty new, the lady who owns the restaurant was spruiking it hard so we thought we would give it a go. Once seated the smiles dried up. The décor is pretty average, there is a weird mural on the walk in Engrish(kinda endearing) and the booth seated are way to far away from the table to be able to sit comfortably. We ordered quickly as we know what we like at Korean restaurants and I was feeling a hot pot. After a little bit my drink came out, my lemon iced tea turned out to be a Solo in a jam jar(iI know this is a trend but it made no sense here), I told them I actually ordered a lemon iced tea, the waiter rolled his eyes at me and did a fake laugh and took it away. So rude! After a bit I was brought a bottle of peach iced tea… close enough. My husband’s beer needed prompting and he was brought the wrong brand of beer.. Oh well. The hot pot then arrived. Marinated beef hot pot? I think it was a leek and shallot stew garnished with bulgolgi. It was tasteless and just onion city. The rice was gluggy. The banchan was very uninspiring. Definitely the worst Korean meal I have ever eaten and the worst meal I’ve had in a while.
