Strathpine Officeworks

This morning’s service at your Strathpine store, was poor and unhelpful to the point that even making a complaint to the manager of the store did not improve the situation. I understand that having younger staff on weekends is a good business decision financially, but some of the staffs attitude is either uncaring, unprofessional, rude, with a large lack of customer service. The staff treat the customers as if we are a burden even though we are the ones buying products. Giving snide comments as answers to customer queries and spending more time gossiping between themselves then helping their customers is not productive. The only staff member today who would even take two seconds to answer any queries was the manager but when I made a complaint. his answer was «how should i deal with it» well mate… not to be harsh but thats your job as manager to deal with concerns not mine. Will definitely go find a different company for stationary.
