After recently moving to the area I was recommended these accountants as I needed help dealing with the ATO for my small business.
I requested an appointment through on their website and was rang fairly promptly that day asking about my enquiry and when I could make it to their offices for further consultation.
On arrival I was greeted at reception by a friendly face and was soon in talking to one of their tax agents regarding my concerns. The treatment I received was personable and I was dealt with honestly with everything explained to me. I really needed someone there to advocate for me to clear up a long-​standing ‘misunderstanding’ with the ATO and I was pleased to have such a personable accountant batting in my corner.
With all my details handed to her I left with the assurance that she would follow my case and get it sorted so I could commence trading. I then asked after her fee and was told because they hadn’t sorted the problem that I wasn’t to pay a cent until the ‘misunderstanding’ was cleared up with the ATO.
I was treated with respect and she seemed interested in my business and was driven to help me sort it out with no service charge until the issue was sorted. Good old fashioned principals and a business relationship I will be keeping with Glyn Morris & Co because I was treated so decently.
