Zen Studios Rehearsals & Recordings

Zen studio is a rehearsal and recording studio for musicians. They have two locations in St Peters. The one I had the pleasure of visiting was their new studio located on 4 Talbot St.
The rooms here are very generous, clean and the prices really competitive. A four hour rehearsal on Saturday cost $ 75 and we were also lucky enough to also make it for the free bbq that happens every Saturday too. The studio has lots of equipment you can hire if you forget or don’t have your own.
The only downside to this place was that it wasn’t located very close to any public transport, so you have to have a car to get here and secondly hopefully you don’t get scared by low flying planes or the noise from them either when you get out of your car as its located quite close to the airport.
All in all, a great studio to practise at, will definitely be going back.
