Went here the night before a wedding — Neil made an amazing surprise cocktail for the Bride to be. Super service — great drinks.

I gave this place a lot of credit last year, and vouched for it big time. I stopped going here for a few months because we moved, and I’m sad to say that I was pretty disappointed when I finally went back.
The staff have changed around a lot and the service isn’t nearly as attentive and special as it used to be. The food is still alright but they’ve done nothing to improve the menu or change up the experience. While it used to be fantastic, now I would say that it’s joined the ranks of its Acland street cousin — average. Nothing wrong with it, just average. Still one of the better sit down dining choices on Fitzroy Street.
However, I still give these guys massive credit for being in such a difficult location and having to deal with junkies. It’s not easy being right across the street from the Gatwick.
