The banh mi blows your mind. So tasty and incredibly cheap. The bbq pork melts in your mouth, with just enough chilli to let you know you’re alive. If you ever needed a reason to go immediately to Springvale, this is it! I’ll make the call and declare it the BEST BANH MI IN MELBOURNE (aka the Vietnamese Po Boy)

Definitely deserving of the 5 stars, that is an absolute no brainer.
There traditional cold meat pork rolls are awesome.
I always go ask for the extra butter, because that special butter they use really makes the flavours explode in your mouth and make you question on whether you should go back there and grab a second roll.
It is absolutely dirt cheap and I would say it is much healthier than any fast food place you see around. The service is absolutely stunning too. The ladies working there are very friendly and warm.

The Asian Subway — the nickname speaks for itself!
You gotta try grilled pork bun, for $ 4, the lady at the serving bar will give you chunks of veggies, olives, gigantic sized pork, some herbs and chilli in super crispy fresh bun. Definitely one of the «light» and tasty option for lunch. Not full yet? $ 2 can get you 5 spring rolls. All up $ 6 — you can’t even get a Maccas meal with that money can you?
Oh (am i allowed to say that?), they have 96% rating on Urban Spoon too. :)
