M.A.C. Cosmetics

Let me preface this review by saying I really, REALLY like MAC products. They work, they last, they’re high quality and they’re cheaper than other comparable brands.
Happily, MAC on Chapel Street isn’t the only place you can buy it. Sadly, it IS the only place you can buy several of their ‘exclusive’ products.
I’ve been here probably a dozen times. On several occasions I was just flat out ignored. On my most recent visit, my shopping companion and I received service that wasn’t particularly helpful, but it was at least service. Until the lipstick that was chosen wasn’t in stock. My details were recorded for when it came in, but now, weeks later, I haven’t received any update.
Sure, I’ll continue to buy MAC, but I’ll also continue to avoid this place like a truck stop toilet.
