I toyed with the idea of no stars but I didn’t think this was possible so they were lucky to get one. I have never ever dealt with a company that didn’t care one iota about the customer or their business before now. They put in a brand new starter motor for me and eighteen months later it died (a product which should last 10 years). When I rang them about this John (who I think is the owner) said too bad it was only under warantee for a year. He was in no way sympathetic or ever offered to do anything about it. I was appalled. After telling him, in no uncertain terms that I was unhappy he told me to report him to the RAA. I was gobsmacked.
