Not impressed at all, went into hungry jacks Monday. Ok it’s a public holiday but a%10 extra. Then to really top it off, one cash register open and 3 staff who stood around talking. Youve lost me.

I’m usually prepared to overlook a few bad things when I visit a fast food restaurant. Unfortunately there were too many today for my liking. Then service was incredibly slow, with only 1 register open yet 3 staff floating around behind the counter — one was more interested in making sure there was a never ending supply of plastic cups instead of worrying about the line backing up to the door. When I was finally able to be served, she was rude. It was a simple order — 6 chicken nuggets and a mango storm. «There’s no mango storm». Confused, I now wonder if they’re made fresh, or whether they come in the cups already and just get taken out of the freezer as the cookies and cream storm I ended up getting magically appeared from somewhere around the corner. So I got my food and went to sit, and access their free WiFi as is signed on the door. Sat… just missing onion that was on the seat from someones meal earlier. Ugh. And nope. WiFi was locked. No free WiFi. Disappointed, I left. But I didn’t get far before I realized I had no sauce for my nuggets. I hadn’t been asked, and had forgotten because of the mango storm issue. I had to walk back and ask for sauce. Their redeeming moment was the apology I received from the male staff member that happily handed me my sauce. Talk about a storm in a plastic cup!!!
