At Degani we aim to give our customers an unforgettable coffee experience every time. To ensure you always receive quality, consistent coffee, we only use 100% AA certified Arabica beans straight from the crop into your cup.
On a daily basis we roast our signature blend, which is thoroughly inspected to ensure we provide only the highest quality coffee. Located in North Coburg, Melbourne our roasting plant focuses on producing the best possible blend that compliments and highlights our beans origins.
We spend copious time sourcing our beans from the world’s best growing regions within both South American and African soils. Our signature blend is a rich, full flavoured, smooth tasting coffee consisting of 100% Arabica beans.
No matter what day or time you visit, Degani strives to showcase superb cuisine.
Superb cuisine available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, meticulously prepared by one of our outstanding chefs. Sumptuous meals and delicate pastries and treats are available all day from your local Degani Café.
History
Established in 2012.
The Degani family is renowned for its coffee within Melbourne and Rockhampton. Degani is now one of the largest premium brands in Melbourne serving over 100,000 cups of coffee a week.
Here at Degani, we have been the industry leaders in gourmet foods and impeccably brewed coffee for over four decades. We bring to the table multitudes of experience in hospitality, retailing, catering, food innovation and associated businesses throughout Melbourne. Since 1999, Degani have been challenging and expanding the Melbourne café scene by developing a store design and gourmet food brand that can be replicated.
In 1999 Paul Volteas and George Pezaros recognised the potential of Degani, a small bakery café in Clifton Hill, Victoria. They enhanced the operation and developed a store design and gourmet food brand, which could be reproduced. Together the Degani team has over four decades of experience, in which they have applied their extensive hospitality experience and innovative approach.
