Although I have had a positive experience with other Commonwealth branches and their online services which is always ver helpful and convenient. I hope they emphasised as much on their customer service relations in this branch as well. Because I have felt very intimidated, manipulated and generally bad service from this branch. There are times when I have had a better and satisfactory outcomes. Nevertheless, it never hurts to put in the effort of making our customers happy. It will always have a negative effect when the customers are unhappy with your business.
